With over 30yrs in the fashion industry, Kirk has had full and accomplished career. Kirk has worked as a stylist, educator, salon owner, colour technician and fashion editor for Pure Woman magazine. He has traveled extensively throughout Canada and the United States and has studied under some of the top stylists in the industry and to this day he attends conventions and educational seminars to assure that he is always current with the fashion styles and trends. As the owner of Elements Hair Design he strongly encourages his styiists to attend as many conventions and updating seminars as they can. He has worked as a colour technician for companies such as L'oreal, Redken and tressa. Throughout his career he has always looked for the next challenge, being a successful competition stylist he now coaches and supports his stylists in their current attempts in competition with great success. In the last 7years Elements Hair Design has achieved 1st place standings in the provincial woman's technical blow dry competition 5 times. Besides owning Elements for the past seven years he finds time to share his knowledge of hair with students at Advant Garde Beauty College. Never shy of new challenge Kirk is always trying ensure that the salon is always offering the latest in services that best benefit the clientelle of the salon. When you can't find him in the salon he can usually be found speaking to various groups of women on fashion. Kirk believes in change and that is reflected in the ever changing atmosphere and surroundings of the salon, " change is only the opportunity for a new adventure ".



As the senior member of the E team, Sheena's experience and passion for hair give her the leading edge in the industry today. She is a journeyman hairstylist that not only expands her knowledge threw taking in classes and shows but is also a competition trainer herself. With her edgy sense of creativity, knowledge of color, and top of the line tools Sheena has all the ingredients to bring your style to life!
Jordyn Warnez has been apart of the Element Hair Design team for over two years, and has grown to be an excellent training stylist as well as an asset to our team. Jordyn graduated from Richard's Beauty College in July 06' with extensive training in hair extensions. She has been in the hair industry for 4 years, during that time she has taken many extra courses including Goldwell Triology colour class and a personal cutting class with Craig Zamonski. Jordyn is currently making application for her journeypersons certificate as well as training for the women's trendy color and cut competition that will take place in Saskatoon this September. Jordyn has an upbeat, positive personality and a strong passion for the art of hair. She believes in enhancing every clients natural beauty with the perfect color and cut that will showcase the clients personality and personal style. She also believes that good communication with her clients is the key in achieving and creating this precise individual style for each client. Jordyn's high level of consistency in her work and self motivation has helped her to aspire to her true potential as a leader and an innovational stylist.
Jacquelyn has been working her magic in the hair industry for 3 years now and has been a valuable asset to the Elements Hair Design team for 2 years this July. Jackie's creativity and fun loving personality allows her to excel in all dimensions of the industry. Since joining Elements Hair Design she has taken advantage of many training opportunities with some of the industries top educators and award winning stylists, and plans to continue her education throughout her career. Jackie's vibrant personality and flare for fashion and beauty keep her fresh and up to date with all the latest trends. Her passion for the beauty industry is evident in everything she does and in her dedication to providing her clients with the best service. Jackie has a natural ability to understand her clients wants and needs when it comes to their look. Jackie believes if you listen carefully to the client and work in a partnership with them you will always create a success story. This September she looks forward to taking her knowledge and experiences to the next level at the 2010 ABA's where she plans to take home the Gold in both men and women's cut, color, and style competition!
Nadine has been apart of the Element Hair Design team since April 09' and is excited about the new adventure. She trained at the Hair Design Academy in Moose Jaw and graduated in 1993. Since then she has achieved her journeyperson status. Her thirst for knowledge has taken her to many advanced training programs in coloring and cutting where she has always attained the highest level of achievement. In the course of her 16 years of practice she has owned her own salon for 7 years and substitute teaches at Advante Garde beauty college. Nadine's passion for hair has enabled her to take pride in the fact that she knows exactly how to deal with each client's needs and takes the time to educate her clients on how to achieve their personalized look and its continued maintenance. This profession is not work for Nadine it is "all about being in the moment"-- 

Jenny Kriekle comes to the Elements team with over four years experience in the beauty industry. Graduated top of her class from Avante Garde Beauty School in Esthetics, she is proficient in all areas. Specializing in male and female full body waxing, personalized skin care/facials, tinting, body treatments, eyelash perming and eyelash extensions. Pedicures and manicures for all ages, as well as experience with bridal, grad, evening/day makeup looks. Jenny competed at the provincial level in Skills Canada 2005 and took the gold medal. She is always consistent in her quality of work and attends training as needed to stay on top of what is new.
Rachel is a Registered Massage Therapist originally from Saskatoon, who has been employed in the spa industry during the last four years, here in Regina. With the launch of her new business in June 2010, she greatly anticipates this new chapter in her life where self employment here at Elements, will allow her to grow both professionally and as an individual. She feels that massage therapy is her calling and takes her profession very seriously. Her clients find that her down to earth personality makes them feel at ease and well cared for, which is important in such a setting. Rachel believes that re balancing the body’s energy is necessary and she is ready to take on whatever challenges may surface as long as relief is the end result. Her creative side will provide you with thoughtful and genuine care during your visit, so you can truly escape and feel rejuvenated.
